Customer Service Rep and Inside Sales

Four Twelve Roofing is looking for a go-getter and self-starter Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is responsible for increasing sales by converting pre-qualified leads and generating new business. 

Qualified candidates will have experience generating new leads, communicating with prospects, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Essential Job Duties:

  •  Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  •  Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
  •  Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  •  Staying informed about competing products and services.
  •  Up-selling products and services.
  •  Researching and qualifying new leads.
  •  Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
  • Experienced with G Suite (gmail, sheets, google docs, etc)
  • Owns a smartphone with quality data plan

Qualities, Characteristics, Aptitude:

  •  Proactive, not reactive.
  •  Proven ability at meeting sales targets.
  •  Excellent phone and email communication skills and etiquette.
  •  High degree of confidentiality, integrity and honesty.
  • People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
  • Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
  • Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture
  • Achievement-oriented -- enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might fail
What we require:
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • 1 year of construction experience (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (hours vary between 8AM-5PM)
