Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Home Improvement Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of Four Twelve Roofing, helping homeowners navigate their roofing, decking, and exterior improvement projects. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment that values growth and innovation, while also making a significant impact on the community by helping to preserve and enhance the beauty of local homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consultation and Sales: Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients to assess their needs, provide expert advice, and offer tailored solutions for roofing, decking, gutters, and other exterior improvements.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction from initial consultation to project completion.
- Project Estimation: Develop accurate and competitive project estimates, clearly explaining the scope of work, materials, and costs to clients.
- Lead Generation: Utilize company-provided leads and actively seek out new opportunities through referrals, networking, and community engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our project management and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution and a positive customer experience.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and services to provide clients with the most current and innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in the home improvement industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in roofing or exterior home improvement is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly present information and persuade clients.
- Customer Focus: A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to build trust quickly.
- Motivation: Highly self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Baltimore and surrounding neighborhoods is a plus.
