Four Twelve Roofing is looking for a Commercial Estimator to join our team! We are looking for someone who wants to build new opportunities through networking and business development outreach, find and win new opportunities and help buildout and manage Four Twelve's Commercial Roofing Division alongside the owners of the company!

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and build our Commercial Roofing Division. We will be looking for someone who has at least 5-7 years experience in plans estimating, commercial construction project management experience and deep understanding of roofing systems used in commercial installations. Additionally, this role requires significant outbound sales activity, including networking in the local commercial construction project management industry and leveraging our current relationships and creating and building new relationships that will result in increased opportunities. We are looking for someone who not only can drive the sales efforts now but can and will lead and manage a Commercial Estimating team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Sales:
  • Lead Generation- consistent weekly outreach via email, phone calls and texts to prospective new customers that will lead to the potential 10 opportunities per week
  • Lead Nurturing- continuous communication and networking with qualified leads to keep Four Twelve in the forefront of the prospects planning. 5 Proposals per week
  • Networking-Attend networking events and take advantage of networking opportunities with referral partners, strategic alliances, and prospects.
  • Relationship Building- Leverage existing relationships for incremental opportunities and use these relationships to gain referrals and new business for Four Twelve
  • Time Management- Multi tasking and ability to respond to customers within 1 business day
  • Revenue Goal: $166,000 per month/$2,000,000 Annually
  • Gross Profit Goal- >25% GP on all jobs
Technical:
  • Ability to read blueprints, plans. Read drawings and search for specifications and understand details.
  • Being proficient in all types of roofing systems, including single-ply, built-up, metal, shingles and other accessories
  • Climb ladders and walk roofs (mandatory)
  • Ability to get to and from work
  • Smart phone with quality data plan
Project Management Skills:
  • Ability to create proposals in word and excel
  • Create G702 and G703 billing documents for Commercial Projects
  • Create submittals and warranty document information for Commercial Projects
  • Negotiate change orders for ongoing projects
  • Manage billings for ongoing projects
  • Be available for Customer Service conversations and negotiations during projects
Required Qualifications:
  • Commercial construction estimating experience
  • Commercial roofing estimating experience
  • Proficiency in understanding roofing systems
  • 1-4 years of work experience in commercial estimating
  • Good communication skills. Must have a record of client interaction in previous jobs.
  • Be on time as required by jobs, clients and our management team.

Experience:
  • Commercial Roofing Estimating: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Commercial Construction Estimating: 5 years (Preferred)
Benefit Conditions:
Only full-time employees eligible

Compensation:
  •  $60-$120K 
  • Proposal Incentive- $80 per proposal (Goal is 5 per week) Target Incentive-$20,000
  • Revenue Commission- 1% of commercial revenue (Goal is $2,000,000) Target Commission-$20,000
  • Gross Profit Incentive-5% on all Gross Profit >25% (Goal is $500,000) Target Incentive- $25,000
Commercial Estimator Director Target Earnings- $125,000
