JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Ability to read blueprints and plans. 
2. Be proficient in all types of roofing systems, including single-ply, built-up, metal, shingles and other accessories.
3. 1-3 years of work experience in commercial/ residential construction.
4. Ability to put together detailed proposals in Acculynx for service work.
5. Ability to put together detailed survey reports to pass off to our internal commercial estimator to accurately put together estimates for re-roof projects.
6. Climb ladders and walk roofs.
