Four Twelve Roofing is looking for an experienced, organized individual with strong communication skills to fill the role of Superintendent. The majority of work we do is residential flat roofing and shingle roofing.

What are your responsibilities

Manage and overseeing the construction site
Supervising on-site personnel, subcontractors and vendors
Collaborating with project teams to develop plans and schedules
Monitor project progress and adjust as needed
Ensuring adherence to project plans and quality standards

What do we expect from you

Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of various construction trades and their requirements
Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications and contracts

Requirements:

-Owns a smartphone with a quality data plan

-Transportation to and from work

-Valid driver’s license

Experience: 3 years working in any of the below trades (Required):

-Asphalt shingle roofing

-Torch roofing

-TPO / EPDM roofing

-Sheet metal experience

-Flashing

-Gutters and downspouts

-Drywall and paint repair

-Siding

-Exterior trim / carpentry
